Find your
Brunch After
person.
Not just a date. Your person. The one who plays with you on a Tuesday night, a Saturday afternoon, or a Sunday morning, and who you still want to sit across from when the game is over.
The time doesn't matter. The day doesn't matter. What matters is finding the person worth playing with, and worth staying for after.
Launching mid-July 2026 · First month free · No credit card required
The Problem
Modern dating apps are broken, and active adults feel it most.
Dating apps were built for volume, not connection. They are optimized for engagement metrics, time spent scrolling, number of swipes, notifications sent, not for the thing people actually want: a real person to share their life with.
The result is a system that feels productive but produces nothing. You match. You text. You plan. You cancel. You ghost. You get ghosted. You start over. The average user sends 57 messages before a first date, if one ever happens. And when the date finally occurs, it's a dinner interview with a stranger: two people performing their best selves across a restaurant table, with nothing real to anchor the conversation.
For active adults 35–60, this is especially frustrating. These are people who have built real lives. They know who they are. They play sports three times a week. They have their schedule, their community, their routines. They don't need another app that wastes their time. They need a way to meet someone who actually fits into the life they've already built.

The Insight
Sport is the best first date ever invented.
When you share a physical activity with someone, something different happens. The social performance drops. The rehearsed answers disappear. You see how they handle pressure, how they laugh at themselves, how they compete, how they lose. You see who they actually are, not who they want you to think they are.
45 minutes on a pickleball court, a padel court, a tennis court, or a golf course tells you more about a person than three weeks of texting and two dinner interviews combined. And the best part: it's already fun, regardless of whether there's chemistry. If there's no spark, you still played a great game.
This is why people who share a sport or hobby form deeper, faster connections. The activity is the common ground. The shared language. The reason you're both there. And when the game ends and someone says "want to grab something after?", that's the most natural question in the world.
Brunch After is why you stay."
What is a Brunch After Person?
You'll know them when you play with them.
It's not a checklist. It's a feeling. But here's what a Brunch After person looks like, across every sport.
Not just on perfect Sunday mornings. On a Wednesday night after work. On a rainy Saturday afternoon. On a Thursday at noon. They show up, whenever life allows. That's who you want.
45 minutes on a court tells you everything. How someone handles pressure, how they celebrate, how they lose, that's character. No dinner interview reveals that.
When the game ends, they don't rush off. They say "want to grab something after?" And two hours later you're still at the table, still talking, whether it's brunch, coffee, or dinner.
A Sunday morning with a mimosa. A Tuesday evening with a coffee. A Friday night with dinner. The day doesn't matter. Your Brunch After person makes any moment feel like the best one.
Not just a date. The person you bring everywhere. Your ride or die. The one who already knows your game, and still wants to sit across from you, any time, any day.
You don't have to explain why you'd rather be on the court than at a bar. They already know. They're already on the court. They're already on this app.
Your Brunch After person is already out there, on a court, any day of the week.
Why Brunch After
We're not selling a sport.
We're selling the moment after.
Every other app in this space is named after the activity. They're selling the sport. We're selling the feeling.
Nobody is swiping because they want to play pickleball. They're swiping because they want someone to share their life with. Someone who's still laughing with them two hours after the game ended, over eggs benedict and a mimosa on a Sunday, over coffee on a Tuesday morning, over dinner on a Friday night. The time doesn't matter. The day doesn't matter.
That's the product. The sport is just the best possible way to get there. You can play any time, morning, afternoon, evening, any day of the week. The point is finding the person you want to play with. And stay for after. Your Brunch After person.

Finding Courts
We find the courts.
You find your person.
How the court finder works
When you match with someone and agree to play, Brunch After automatically surfaces 3 nearby courts for your shared sport, based on both your locations. You see the court name, address, surface type, and whether it's public or private.
For Pickleball and Padel, we show dedicated courts and clubs. For Tennis, we include public parks, club courts, and USTA-affiliated facilities. For Golf, we focus on executive 9-hole courses, the ideal format for a first round together.
- Powered by Google Maps API, always up to date
- Filters by distance, surface type, and availability
- Shows peak hours so you can plan around crowds
- Links directly to booking when available
- Works across all of South Florida, Travel Mode extends it statewide
Know a court we're missing?
South Florida's sports scene grows every week. New padel clubs open. New pickleball courts get added to parks. We can't always keep up, but you can.
Submit a Court
Any Brunch After user can submit a court they know, a hidden gem, a new padel club, a private community court open to guests. We verify every submission before adding it to the app. If your court gets verified and added, you get a free month of Premium.
Verified courts are marked with a ✓ Verified badge. Community-submitted courts pending review show a ⏳ Pending label.
Skill Levels
Play at your level.
Not a filter, a guide.
Skill levels on Brunch After are not about exclusion. They're about helping you find someone you can actually play a good game with, so the first meeting is fun for both of you, regardless of what happens after.
You set your level when you create your profile. You can update it anytime. Matches show you people at your level and one level above or below, because a slightly different level often makes for a better game than a perfect match.
The Soft Date
Nobody has to know it's a date —
until it already is.
You arrive at a public court. Other players are around. You blend in completely. Nobody knows you met on an app. You play, you laugh, you compete, and by the time the game ends, the ice is already broken. Completely.
"The date starts when the game ends."
The court is booked. Your person is waiting.
Your Sport
Four sports.
One type of person.
Every sport on Brunch After is social by design. You move, you laugh, you compete. You see exactly who someone is, no performance, no pretense. Pick your sport. Find your person.
Pickleball is the perfect Brunch After sport. Games are short (15–25 min), social, and played in doubles, which means you're always talking, always laughing, always moving. The South Florida pickleball community is one of the most active and welcoming in the country.
It's also the most accessible: you can go from beginner to genuinely competitive in a few months. And because courts are everywhere, parks, clubs, Life Time Fitness, community centers, there's always a game near you, any day of the week.
Padel is always played in doubles, social by design. The enclosed glass court creates an intimate, relaxed atmosphere where conversation flows naturally. Padel clubs are already social scenes: people rotate partners, meet strangers, stay for drinks after. It's the most social court in the world.
The Latin American community in South Florida plays padel actively and loyally. This is a completely uncontested space, zero dating apps in the US speak to padel players. Brunch After does.
Tennis is the original social sport. Classic, competitive, and timeless, it's been bringing people together for over a century. South Florida has world-class courts year-round: public parks, club facilities, and USTA-affiliated venues across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade.
A tennis match reveals character like nothing else. How someone handles a bad call, a double fault, a tight third set, that's who they are. And when the match ends and you're both at the net, the conversation that follows is always real.
Golf is 4 hours of conversation, beautiful scenery, and zero awkward silences. It's the only sport where you walk side by side for hours, talking between every shot. You learn everything about someone: how they handle frustration, how they celebrate a good hole, how they treat the course and the people on it.
On Brunch After, we focus on executive 9-hole courses, the ideal format for a first round. Two hours, relaxed pace, and a natural endpoint that leads perfectly to the 19th hole or a nearby spot for after.
Your sport. Your time. Your person.
